    With over 17 years of experience in the Financial Services, including Capital and Debt Markets, Real Estate Investment, and Private Equity. Proven track record in Asset and Investment Management managing over +US$250M of AUM, specializing in high-net-worth portfolios and investment funds.

    Ana excels in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and achieve long-term objectives within the real estate market.

    Manuel has over 20 years of experience in construction, project management, and business development, with over +$50M worth of asset acquisition and management experience. Prior to Real Estate, Manuel oversaw diverse infrastructure projects across the United States, Mexico, and Peru for construction companies such as ICA, Rizzani de Eccher, and Balfour Beatty USA. With his strong construction background and extensive experience in investment analysis and financing, Manuel brings a diverse perspective and invaluable expertise to every real estate transaction.

  • Advisor

    Giovanni has been in the real estate industry over the past 15 years, investing in single-family, multi-family, and commercial real estate since 2008.

    He has engaged in active and passive investments adding to more than 1,500 units, successfully navigating over 400 real estate transactions.

    Giovanni has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, and an MBA from The University of Houston.
